Strucutre of Poem
Bir Purkha Poem is in the First Chapter of Nepali Book of Grade 11. It is originally written by the poet Bashudev Tripathi. It is written in Jhyaure Chanda which falls under the Lok Chhanda. It is considered as one of the important Chanda/Verse in Nepali literature. This Verse includes total of 16 - Sixteen words and breaks in four letters. The strucutre of this poem doesnot require Laghu and Guru. On the Contrary, Laghu and Guru are the important parts in other Shastriya verses like Shradulbikriditit, Mandakranta, Anusutup and so on.
About the Poet
Poet Bahudev Tripathi is one of the greatest poets of Nepali Literature. He was born in 1999 in Tanahun. Poet Tripathi has done PhD in Nepali Literature from Tribhuwan University.

Short Summary of Poem
This poem is based upon the bravery, courage of Our ancestors.
In the first Stanza, The poet explains that the hills, mountains and even the strong storm was not able to stop the bravery of Our ancestor.
